Cancellations
I do not accept cancellations of custom orders or orders that have shipped. I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations without issuing authorization from me. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

If ever there is something wrong with your order, please contact me immediately so I can find a way to make it right. I will be happy to find a solution!
If a return is necessary, and I could not find a solution that makes you happy I will send you a confirmation for returning the item(s). Returns are accepted only after getting confirmation from the studio. (Please note that returns are not accepted for original art, painted furniture, and custom orders and giclee prints.) Any charges the shop accrues will be deducted from any refund.
