Holly Rustic Wood Painted Decor - Rustic wood hand-painted woodland nature art illustrated with hand-painted holly. I painted this original woodland farmhouse chic art with lovely detail and ready to hang for the holidays or year-round.
Each work started with taking wood salvaged from my 150-year-old barn, washing and sanding them preparing the wood for the paper. I trim the wood down and glue either a creamy or white high-quality paper onto the wood. Using watercolor or acrylic paint I hand paint paper and detail the illustrated design with ink. Each comes with a hemp cord for hanging and is varnished. My rustic nature wood art is one of a kind and unique to the wood I have salvaged.
